The players then take turns betting on their hands, using the two personal cards in their hand and the five community cards revealed on the table. When it is your turn to act, you can say “call” to make a bet equal to the last person’s bet. You can also say “raise” to add more money to the betting pool. The other players can then choose to call your raise or fold. Adding more money to the pot can give you a better chance of winning, but it is also riskier because you have more to lose.
